The stability of hydraulic oil quality is a good assisting partner for hydraulic seals. The importance of hydraulic oil seals:

1. Lubricity of hydraulic oil: It avoids fastening and dry friction of hydraulic components, reduces power loss, improves the characteristics of the hydraulic system, and has an important impact on the starting characteristics of the machine.

2. Viscosity of hydraulic oil: Hydraulic oil has a certain viscosity during the flow process, which ensures the continuous flow of oil, the pressure and flow of the oil, and also enables the hydraulic oil to play the roles of lubrication, sealing, refrigeration, and rust prevention. . Appropriate oil viscosity can make the working conditions have good oil removal ability, reduce pressure loss, and make the friction pair have good lubrication effect.

3. Expansion of hydraulic oil: The static characteristics of hydraulic seals are usually considered to be incompressible liquids, but considering the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic system requires the compressibility of the hydraulic oil to be as small as possible.

4. Stability of hydraulic oil: Due to the high-pressure and high-temperature working environment of hydraulic seals, hydraulic oil will produce chemical effects and produce corrosive substances that can easily block the filter system. 6. Pressure oil defoaming: Hydraulic oil contains a small amount of air, which will produce bubbles and foam in the oil. This air bubbles and foam can cause vibration and noise in hydraulic sealing systems and drastically reduce system performance. Therefore, the hydraulic system requires the hydraulic oil to produce as few bubbles and foam as possible and subside quickly.

7. Anti-emulsification of hydraulic oil: Hydraulic sealing is because hydraulic oil will be mixed with a small amount of water during work, and water-containing hydraulic oil will produce emulsified oil under high-speed and intense mixing. Emulsified oil in hydraulic oil will deposit or produce other precipitation, which is very harmful to the hydraulic system. Therefore, hydraulic oil should have good anti-emulsification properties so that oil and water can be easily separated.

8. Hydraulic oil compatibility: Hydraulic oil has long-term contact with seals or hoses, and hydraulic seals and hoses are mostly made of plastic materials, so it is hoped that hydraulic oil and rubber materials have good compatibility. In other words, the hydraulic oil will not deteriorate the seals and hoses, so that the seals and hoses will not deform or deteriorate as much as possible.

9. Flame resistance of hydraulic oil: Hydraulic oil should have the characteristics of high ignition point, low volatility, and good flame resistance to ensure that the hydraulic sealing system works at high temperatures.
